STEP 3 modules

We are aware that some users are having difficulties opening the STEP 3 module pdfs. We are working to fix this issue, and in the meantime you can access the STEP 3 module pdfs in this Google Drive Folder.

The STEP 3 specifications include all of the material covered in the "Mathematics 1" and STEP 2 specifications as well as some additional Further Mathematics topics such as hyperbolic functions and polar coordinates. You can download the current STEP specification from the OCR STEP website

Each of these STEP 3 modules consists of a selection of STEP questions, together with hints and solutions. The modules also contain "topic notes" which consists of useful formulae you should be aware of, together with some general hints and advice. These modules assume that you have already developed your problem solving skills by working through the Foundation modules and STEP 2 modules. We recommend that you start the STEP 3 modules around January of Year 13.
